The accommodation is located on the 4th floor of the residence with elevator. Free parking at the foot of the residence. Val Louron is located less than 10 minutes from Loudenvielle and 25 minutes from St Lary Soulan.

Chez Maty, located in the heart of the Hautes Pyrenees 2 minutes from Lac de Génos - Loudenvielle (children's games, pedal boats,...). You have access via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the entrance to the house. The thermo - playful center of Balnea is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to enjoy the slopes ( mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its route. But also from PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car ( 8 min in SKYVALL ).

Calme et détente à 1450m d’altitude, pour profiter des joies de la montagne. Logement classé trois étoiles. Appartement lumineux pour 5 personnes comprenant une pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle d'eau avec douche, des toilettes séparées, et une petite terrasse privative.

Apartment type T3 of 41m2 with large balcony located on the 2nd floor (same level as the slopes) of a building in the heart of the ski resort of Val Louron. A private ski room with padlocks is available with the apartment. Direct access to slopes and shops. This apartment has been refurbished in 2020 and is fully equipped (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...). Sheets rental service can be arranged. Rental by the week, from Saturday to Saturday in high season.

This is one of the most popular valleys in the Pyrenees, as it is very "open" and enjoys exceptional sunshine. Balnea at 1 km. Ski resort 15 min away (Val Louron, Peyragudes, shuttle possible).
