The former day labourer kate has been lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house has been preserved and so this property impresses with its timberwork, the bricks that have largely been preserved and its thatched roof. The furnishing is modern, in Scandinavian style and generously equipped. Our house combines ecological construction, tradition and modern Scandinavian style. We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet warehouse. In Binz on Rügen at the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on the Schmachter See. Sleeps 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV set. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. It is 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.
