Our house was transformed a few years ago from a former farmhouse into a holiday home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it lies in the middle of the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve. It is located in a unique secluded location and is available to our guests for complete private use. Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones... including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with a separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. It is a small swimming lake in the area and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away.
