The villa our little paradise was newly built in 2021. In January 2025, the interior design and outdoor space were redesigned. Air conditioning built in March 2025. The villa invites you to relax. The pool is opaque and not visible from the outside – it is exclusively privately used by the guests. Some resorts nearby sweeten the holiday with their delicious cuisine. local grocery stores are within walking distance. The turquoise blue sea 1 minute walk. Our charming one bedroom apartment (the entire upper floor of our house) is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! The apartment has a very comfortable bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, but what makes this place truly unique is its big beautiful outdoor living space. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room are all outdoors on the large deck overlooking the pool, and our walled tropical garden. Amazing views in every direction!
