We offer here a beautiful small apartment in the rafting village Leckbruck. From the balcony you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and nature. The area leaves nothing to be desired. Whether swimming, stand up paddling, fishing, hiking, biking, mini golf/golf or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. In addition, Leckbruck has everything for everyday needs such as supermarkets, doctors, bakers, restaurants, etc. A really great place with countless possibilities.

Sea moments Überlingen on the Promenade 3rd floor on the right

Experience SEEMOMENTE. Our apartments are located in a beautiful corner house, a stone's throw from the lake. All apartments are flooded with light. In just 50 steps you are right in front of Lake Constance on the Überlingen waterfront. Along the lake, you come to the beach, then continue towards the Uferpark. Numerous restaurants can be found on the seaside promenade. The jetty as well as the train and bus station station is in walking distance. A parking garage is one street away.

Paradise directly on the lake

This beautiful new apartment (80 sqm living space) is great for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Excursion destinations such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Konstanz are very close. Bodman is located on Lake Überling and offers a few nice restaurants. 100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Our ground floor apartment has a separate apartment entrance. On about 50 square meters of living space, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the time. The living and dining room with lake view is modernly designed and invites you to linger. A cup of coffee or a small snack is no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. After swimming in the lake, quickly jump into the shower in the brand new bathroom. Sleep comfortably in the new box spring bed and feel at home.

Lovly! Vacation apartment in ÜB 500 m to the lake

Dreamlike lovely vacation apartment in ÜB-Goldbach (500m to the lake:-) shared house entrance, idyllic garden. We live on the ground floor and the first floor is our guest area. The ground floor is not separated by an apartment door (see also pictures + floor plan) Our guest kitchenette in the DG includes: Fridge-freezer 180cm, ceramic hob (20cm), toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Washbasin and dishwasher in the bathroom (see pictures).

This sun-drenched holiday apartment on Lake Constance offers a fantastic holiday destination for both couples and families! It has two bedrooms each with their own balcony and a small bathroom, as well as a large living room and another common balcony in the middle. The apartment is located directly on the water. Water access also connects directly to the apartment and a piece of meadow belongs to the house.
