Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

We have 2 apartments in a quiet location,overlooking forest and meadows. They are only 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. Numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walkingdistance.The apartment is 45m² and has a bedroom,kitchen with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and plenty of sun.

Haus am Wald

Our house is right by the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house/plot has approx.130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of plot area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the plot is not fenced), so that a dog brought with him can also turn his rounds once alone. A garden with beach basket, a Buddel box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
