Modern and cozy loft in a central location.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Lovingly furnished apartment in the heart of Priens. Everything is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, shops, Chiemsee, bike paths, hiking trails, playground, cinema, train station (Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, Berchtesgadener Land). The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Optimal by train or bike, cycling space in front of the house, or basement compartment (2R). Bicycle rental nearby The rooms are 2 separate rooms, in none is the kitchen integrated. It is small & extra.

The 78 square meter 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to a kitchen-living room). Please note that a tourist tax of 1.10€ (adult) and 0.55€ (children from 6 years) per night will be charged.

Apartment between the Alps and Lake Chiemsee

Our accommodation is located between Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. Through wonderful cycling and hiking trails you can explore the Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby. Good bus and train connections. Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new apartment is modernly furnished and very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Chiemsee and Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg, far from the hustle and bustle of the year.

Welcome to our two-room apartment in the historical "Burghotel", the former guesthouse of the castle "Hohenaschau". Our Apartment is on the south side with a view on the mountain "Kampenwand", is on the second floor and has a big balcony, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bavarian alpine upland.
