In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery. (We have 3 children). So safe with fences, gates. Wonderful natural forrest where you can hike for hours. Artlovers.
