'Ebitzle'- a city apartment in the green!

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A lovingly redesigned oasis right on the edge of the forest. The lower floor is perfect all year round for a break for two. Be it as a starting point for hiking and biking in the Swabian Alb Biosphere area or just to switch off for a few days and enjoy nature. Flat with Charm

I rent out my flat whenever I am out of town between 1 to 6 weeks. This is why my personel stuff is all over what makes the place unique. You find my spices, vinegar and oil and also some coffee or tee. I expect you to take care of of my home like it would be yours. The kitchen and bathroom got central heating, in the livingroom you have to heat with a fireplace. Wood is provided but you have to carry it upstairs.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.

Quiet 1-room apartment on the Schönbuchrand

Come to rest and relax. Take a walk in the woods or go to the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, it's not far to Böblingen to the thermal baths. The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.
