three bedrooms and living room with balcony in Porto Novo

Situé à Porto Novo au niveau de la voie du cinquantenaire en pleine ville au quartier Sèto Gbodjè. Nous avons un agent de sécurité dans la maison et les clôtures en haut sont entouré de fils électriques. Chaque chambre a sa douche et est climatisée. Nous avons aussi le système d'eau chaude dans les douches. Le courant est à la charge du client qu'il pourra recharger sur le compteur à carte(Ça permet de payer juste ce qu'on a consommé). Il y a un wifi et un Tv Cable Canal + Horizon.

The base price includes all amenities: power and wifi, cooking gas and cleaning once/week. 2 bedrooms, with A/C. Guests have their own private patio but you're welcome to spend some time in our garden cafe, where we offer light meals and drinks. Security agent on premises. The apartment is in a small residence of 4 apartments located close to the crossroads Aries in Cotonou,has two bedrooms with private shower room and all the comforts: satellite TV, kitchen equipped with fridge, stovetop, microwave. The showers have hot water. A terrace is available for alfresco dining. P.S.: The electricity is at the expense of the tenant via a card meter. (provide about 50€ for 30 days depending on use....air conditioning or not)
