Ce bel appartement, climatisé, est totalement indépendant (arrivée autonome) et comprend une grande chambre, une sdb avec wc, une cuisine ouverte sur un salon avec un canapé convertible1,60m de bonne qualité à mémoire de forme. une grande baie vitrée avec vue sur un bel extérieur avec beaucoup de charme. Le logement dispose d'une place de parking privée dans une cour fermée. La propriété possède un étang où il est possible de se promener( avec accord préalable des propriétaires).

Beautiful T2 with character at the center rated 3 stars

Unique accommodation with character with moldings , very bright, will seduce you. Composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a bedroom and a bathroom . The only free parking across the street is a major asset for walking to the center without parking worries. Close to train station as well as tourist points, next to one of the best pastry chefs in Troyes (Duparc the best chocolate breads and croissant in town for your gourmet breakfasts)
