great cabin in fantastic terrain in Telemark

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. Law of animals upon agreement. Felle has an amazing hiking area, for big and small, summer and winter. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property is based in Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

Secluded holiday home, forest and the sea.

The house is from 2001, the architect sign and cladding in the Osp. It is completely unobtrusive, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders the Raet National Park on Tromøya. More beaches 5-10 min away by car or boat. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total of 8 (9 upon request) beds. There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that needs to be watered, but it can also be harvested ...

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and dock space that gives you the opportunity to experience the RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.
