There are stunning views front and rear of Fishers Peak, Simpson's Rest, and the bluffs that surround the area. The entire apartment has been decorated with the photo art of Peter V. Beautiful one bedroom loft apartment located half a block to the Purgatory river walk, farmers market, Cimino park and all the main street shops and restaurants. Our quaint urban farmhouse was built in 1890 and is a tri-plex. Your home will be all yours and includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room with laptop friendly workspace. Outside, it offers a covered front porch (with porch swing) and terrace with grill in the back. There are incredible views of Fisher's Peak and Trinidad both inside and out. Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows.

Beautifully remodeled and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden/basement apartment with private entrance in the desirable west side of town. Modern kitchen with brand new appliances, utensils, cookware, and spices needed to prepare meals at home. Coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and sugar provided. Walking distance to Simpson’s Rest hiking trails and the new Wormhole Mountain Bike Trail system. Also has access to washer and dryer. No smoking of any kind is allowed.

There is a steep set of stairs to climb, to get to your loft. All guest and pets must be on reservations. NO CATS!! All Dogs must be approved. Puppies must be kept in a crate.
