Apartment 2 steps from the lake

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful place. Direct access to the Sierroz (river) allows you to reach the lake (10 minutes' walk) or the supermarket (4 min). A bus stop located 250m away takes you to the city center and to the places of treatment. The accommodation includes a living room (kitchen+living room), a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. My wife Aurélie will also be happy to receive you in her office for a wellness treatment (massages, reiki), what to perfect your stay.

"Les Charmettes" House T3 (67m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our gated and secure property including our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, hiking trail start. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix Les Bains, beach and Lake Bourget at 4 kms , ski resorts and Bauges regional park at 30’. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.
