Located on the ground floor, with garden, it is a 5 min walk to the city center, the port of Rosmeur and the port Rhu, the market and the magnificent site of Plomarc'h. 10 min walk to beach des Dames, and just a little further, from the many other beaches of Douarnenez/Tréboul 20 min walk, by footbridge, Heart of Treboul Ideal for a couple with 1 child. Note: Some people found the boiler noisy.
