Close to the heart of the village, quiet luxury apartment made to meet the highest of standards for families or group of friends who want to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Located just a few minute walk to the first slope that will take you on the famous 35km Königtour with its 6 peaks and 120 km of slopes. Ski bus stop is located 50 m from the house. Only 3 appartments in the house.

Very quiet luxury penthouse close to the village centre with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite. Enjoy the sunset relaxing in the jacuzzi on the approx. 800 sqft terrace, with a breathtaking view. Bake a pizza in the outside wood-fired oven, or take a sauna. The apartment is furnished in alpine chic and offers 2 underground parking spaces with a charging point for your electric vehicle , and 2 carport parking spaces. Ski storage in the cellar including a heated boot rack.

Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Additional information is of course available in the apartment.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
