Exceptional river view

n the heart of the Loire Valley, along the Thouet River: a 700 square foot converted barn (newly renovated) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

In the heart of Touraine, located in one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France "Montrsor", halfway between Loches and the Zoo de Beauval (20 minutes), our cottage is an old 18th century barn in cut stone. It has been rehabilitated into a cozy accommodation while preserving its old-world charm thanks to the exposed beams and wood parquet on 2 levels . Beautiful view of the Castle and the Indrois Valley, certainly one of the most beautiful in the village, a favorite for this little treasure!

Farmhouse, private pool, fire pit, wi-fi, 14p

People love..... sitting on the balcony overlooking their (saltwater, key secured) pool watching the sun rising and setting, toasting marshmallows round their fire pit (not high summer) BBQ, basket ball court, pingpong, wifi, cherry trees in june, grass to play sports, semi shaded courtyard, colourful rooms with upcycled furniture from our local artists, visiting castles and futuroscpe and sitting infront of the woodburners in winter time.

Tuffeau house near Chateau d 'Ussé

My house is the old tufa barn from the village bakery. Recently renovated, it is 300 meters from the Château de la Belle au bois dormant and a convenience store. The enclosed courtyard allows bikes to be stored safely. In addition to the bedroom double bed, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, equipped with a real mattress. You will also find a dvd/usb port player ( no TV channel) and board games.
