House 20 km from Barcelona, 15 minutes from the circuit of Catalonia and 12 minutes from the beach. In its loft type lounge of almost 100m2 you would enjoy the space with a double height, a designer fireplace and with beautiful panoramic views of the pool overflowing with salt water surrounded by nature. If you like to enjoy the outdoors you will love its beautiful garden and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. I finally prohibit parties or events, Sant Verd is a family-friendly lounge house.

Incredible sea view! Pool. Garden. Beach. Unique!

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Visit Barcelona but .... stay at the beach !!!

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Quietly House located in Cabrils, close to beaches, beautiful mountain surroundings and super well connected to Barcelona City by train. Totally independent house with entrance and private garden. This home is perfect for family holidays. Wooden chalet, healthy, swimming pool in summer

Perfect quiet place to relax or/and work. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre totally renovated with swimming pool in summer. There are walks to do from the house, and the sea is not far away. This chalet is on the other side of a hill, far from any pollution. The stations of San Celoni and Llinars are less than 10 minutes by car, just like the highway. Very free good Wifi connection. Spacious parking. Pets allowed
