You can reach the train station with a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located at the second floor, with no elevator. We remind our guests that in Lecce is applied a city-tax of two euros a day until the fifth day of stay in high season (may-september), and of one euros a day until the fifth day of stay in low season (october-april) . This tax is not included in the apartment price and will be required at the check-in.

Beautiful apartment on the first floor in a two-story building. Central area. All the windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet flooring. Modern furnishings with great workmanship. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin and others ) . There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all periods of the year.
