Gorgeous first-level open condo unit fully remodeled w/ the best amenities! Condo sleeps 4. The master bedroom sleeps 2 (Queen bed - Brand New) and the pullout couch (Queen pullout - Brand new) in the living room sleeps 2. The kitchen has all needed utensils! There is 1 bathroom in the unit. Cable TV & Wifi included as well! Pool and hot tub! Perfect location in town close to shuttle stations for direct mountain access. Grocery & restaurants in walking distance! Only 1 parking space available.

Adorable Farmhouse unit. Best Value in Mammoth!!

Very unique, cool, shabby chic farmhouse style condo. Pristine and recently remodeled throughout. Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

This centrally located 1BD/1BA condo sleeps four and features a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, leather couch & recliner, well-stocked kitchen, and pellet stove. This downstairs unit has insulated ceilings that reduce upstairs noise for a quiet stay. The complex features a pool, spa, and sauna. There is a washer & dryer inside the unit. The free shuttle is right down the street, making for an easy trip to the mountain. There are two parking passes, and plentiful parking dedicated to the complex.

Hidden Gem in the Valley-5 Minute walk to Village

Privately owned and managed condo that also serves as our vacation home. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, cozy space at a reasonable price. The condo faces southeast and is nestled amongst tall pines so you have the best of both worlds. Sun in the morning to warm the condo and help you to rise and shade as the sun sets on warm summer nights. The view of the crest from the front entry porch invites you to go exploring. You also have a small view of the Sherwin's and all they offer.
