Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

On your way back get essential items from the village shops and cafes. The large, flat backyard with outdoor seating & BBQ is begging for some backyard cricket. Endless actives like local water-sports, safe swimming beaches and surrounding foodie desaturations. At the end of the day cosy up with smart TV, WIFI or in & out door fire.

It's just a short walk along a beautiful headland to Denhams Beach, Surf Beach ( Patrolled) & Wimbie Beach. Access to "Coastal Headland Walking Trail" is only 100m away and just a short distance to the "mountain Bike Trails". 3 Beaches Cottage has a lovely patio at back with amazing ocean views and sea breezes, a great place to relax and enjoy a BBQ.
