A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to make a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put her swimsuit in a private place. It was the beginning of the 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and it was the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller; then everything was in the countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. Beautiful fully decorated apartment just 300m from the beach, 6 minutes walk. The apartment consists of three comfortable rooms, two bathrooms, dining room with exit to a large terrace, kitchen and laundry.Fully equipped with air conditioning, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, wifi and satellite TV. It also has underground parking. The building has a garden and two communal pools. Ideal for cyclists with easy access to cycling routes.

Nice villa on the sea, exceptional and quiet location , on the front line on the sea and on a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Individual accommodation, far from the large urban centers, 5 min drive to Portocristo, charming fishing village. You will enjoy the pretty terraces of bars and restaurants along the port. Enhanced hygiene and cleaning measures between each rental. Linens and towels are washed on site at 90°.

MODERN APARTMENT IN LA ARENA, ACROSS FROM THE SEA

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs. There is community wifi and also a higher quality wifi, private and free WiFi exclusively for my guests
