The house, despite being surrounded by woods and vineyards, is only 2 minutes by car (15 min. walk) from the bus stop and pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15 min. car from the center of Bellinzona. Exit Bellinzona-South motorway at 5 minutes, 25 minutes walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 min walk. The bus stop "Cimitero" (cemetery) is 50 m from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 min by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 sqm) but fine (consistently new high-quality equipment). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
