This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms , 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards sur Thônes , 900 m above sea level, equidistant from the Clusaz and Grand Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat . The chalet is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility.

My place is located between the beaches of Lake Geneva and the mountains of Chablais. It is good for couples and families (with kids). The ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon with surprising views of Lake Geneva are 15min, Chatel 25min, Morzine 40min, you will enjoy summer and winter! Ideally located on the Gavot plateau to enjoy the joys of cycling, walks and hikes on marked trails. Geneva is 1 hour by car, Chamonix 1 hour 40 minutes. Beaches of Lake Geneva at 15 min

Affordable apt peaceful sunny location - 3 bedroom

Apt Roch is a fabulous holiday apt - located in a lovely quiet village yet only 5 minutes drive to the bustle of Morzine with its shops, restaurants and bars - the chalet is located on a no through road so very safe for children and dogs. Lots of amazing walks from the back door, a very sunny location with the terrace along the whole of the front of the apt. Ideal for families and groups of friends. both in the summer and winter months.
