Completely restored, this family house of 230 m², is rented in full. 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris and 20 minutes from the A11 motorway exit, enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of nature at the entrance to the Perche. It has a very large garden (swing, soccer cages, huge trampoline, orchard), heated pool (9.5x5.5), terrace with barbecue and pétanque court. Warm house place called "La Cour aux Pauvres"

This large house for 12 people can accommodate remote workers who like to have private spaces and a friendly space as well as families who come on weekends to relax. The vast fully enclosed garden is an invitation to outdoor activities and group games. Even though it's tempting to stay in this cocoon, Thiron Gardais and the Perche offer many opportunities for visits and leisure that it would be a shame not to enjoy.
