Multiple families have stayed at the property and they have had enjoyable memories. Follow us on Insta as LushVilla_Cuerna. Great option for up to 6 guests. It is a private house in a cul de sac. The front patio and the lush courtyard in the back blend in in a unique way with the house and the pool area. Solar heating is included. Gas heating or AC are optional for an extra fee. It is 5 minutes away from the best restaurants and plazas in town. Averanda and Galerias are only a few minutes away.

Incredible house with private pool, barbecue and Wifi in subdivision with security booth, a few minutes from May three and the Burgos club, close to restaurants, oxxo and Walmart as well as Uber eats and didi. The house has very spacious spaces, lots of light and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend with family and friends. The pool is large, it has a jacuzzi/ wading pool section as well as a slide, ideal for children.

House in new and safe fractionation with pool, close to the best event rooms such as Jardín Huayacan, Ixaya, sun and moon and many more, centrally located with two parking spaces 5 min from the Jiutepec socket, we have a terrace and direct access to the pool. The Wifi works perfectly and the beds are comfortable, we offer enough blankets and towels if needed and the curtains have a blackout to facilitate a deep rest.
