Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Pretty self contained cottage near Lincoln

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
