Comfortable and relaxing "CHOCOLATE" home

House located in a private development . The house has air conditioning in the main room, (wifi, tv), comfortable and clean beds, impeccable bathroom and kitchen, its own garage, . The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near FORUM Shopping Plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. Transportation service ( urban, taxis and combis).

Comfortable and central house

Nice and cozy one floor house, in an excellent location. Close to parks, theater, pharmacies, restaurants, and downtown. You will have ample space, bright, modern and comfortable. It has a bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, A/A, TV with Netflix, wifi, walk-in closet. In addition to a comfortable sofa bed, located in the living room. It also has a large backyard and a garage for a small car, like March.
