Cozy and modern furnished holiday home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Werbellinsee. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists as well as excursions to Berlin and surrounding area. Great complete equipment, with a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With a free location, nature view of the field and harbor water, it is a special object in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Our house, flooded with light, is in the best location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin by car. By public transport, you can reach your destination from the HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , bathing in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bikes are available for 10 euro / day and bike.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... The holiday home in Berlin was completely redesigned and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV satellite. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!

Our house is located 30 minutes from Berlin center, quiet on a protected landscape area . There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is usually only used as fishing waters. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, and a big terrace for grilling.
