The apartment is in the Steglitz district near the popular Schloßstraße shopping street and the Botanical Garden. The amenities are modern, fast wifi is available. There are many shops nearby: Edeka, organic shop, etc. There is a bus stop with 3 bus lines next to the residential building. Smoking is not allowed in the property, but there is a small balcony where smoking is allowed. The apartment is also perfect for longer stays.

Monthly rent until 6 months! (More after discussion). Perfectly renovated 2-room apartment in an elegant last century building. Very central. Independent entrance. A 30 m2 living room with an open-plan kitchen. Comfortable bedroom with a King size bed (180x200) and a working table, absolutely calm. Bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Separate toilets. Ensuite dressing room. Fully equipped and furnished.

The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located in a quiet side street. Parking is usually available on the street. In case of an emergency in the neighboring street with a short walk.
