Hobbiton - a 5 minute drive. Private. Enjoyed by honeymooners and guests wishing they had stayed longer. Ideal location to do big three- Hobbiton, Waitomo, Rotorua. Fully self contained- superior king and single beds, fridge, T.V. hotplates, electric frying pan, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic kitchen equipment. Continental breakfast included.
