The balcony provides a beautiful 180º view over the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to a wide offer of small villages, sandy beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, it is only a 3-4 min drive away from Tavira's town center with its Roman bridge, river, and fish/farmers' market. 2 min drive to the closest supermarkets.

Situated on the 3rd floor with access by lift, the apartment is set in the Quinta do Morgado resort, with WiFi, free parking, 3 pools (open in summer), tennis court, supermarket, bar and restaurant. It consists of an open-plan lounge and equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and private patio. 15 minute walk to town and beach ferry.
