This is a sunny apartment with a large verandah area containing a new bbq & outdoor furniture. The apartment has a kitchen/dining room with a large microwave/small oven, hot plates and dishwasher. Full laundry facilities with an automatic washing machine with outside clothes line. There is a shower and a bath in the bathroom. There are no steps through the garage into the unit. Two queen size beds accommodating four people. The owners reside upstairs.
