Welcome to Lake Martin Cove. This stunning lake home is "the whole package" from expansive views overlooking the lake from the living room, a spacious outside area with two docks and a boat ramp. The kids can enjoy the downstairs media room that has ping pong and an air hockey table. This 5 BR, 3 bath, sleeps 12 has 2 large decks, includes kayaks, a paddle board, and a towable tube. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, marinas etc. and approximately 35 minutes from Jordan-Hare Stadium.

This home is like being at a "little resort"! It includes the main house with 3BR/2BA, a Guest House with bed, bath, kitchen and laundry. The outdoor areas offer multiple areas to cook out, hang out, watch multiple football games and swim in the pool or lake and a half bath accessible from poolside. Lakeside you will find a covered boat lift for guest (one for the owner). Looking to get a little workout? Take the paddle boat out for a short tour! So much to enjoy and do!!!

Cozy home that is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Across the street from Chucks Marina that has a dock up bar, restaurant and live music during season. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.
