This lovely renovated 3 bedroom/1 bath home offers modern living with charm. Located in a quiet neighborhood in tree-lined Old East Medford, this home-away-from-home is located near Southern Oregon's many attractions: Ashland’s Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, over 40 area wineries (2 within 4 miles), Crater Lake, and the Rogue River. This bright and cheerful home features a well-appointed living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one doubles as an office), full bath, and large laundry room. There is also private parking with a garage, a front yard and private back patio/garden offering space for barbeques and outside dining right off the kitchen. The home retains much of its original character but everything has been completely updated. This quiet home offers newly refinished hardwood floors throughout, open living space, and lots of natural light. The freshly remodeled kitchen provides loads of storage space, all new appliances, and everything for the home chef. This convenient location allows for easy walks to the cinema, coffee shops, growler pubs, bakeries, grocery stores and parks. This property is situated near (just a short bike ride) both Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Providence Medford Medical Center. It’s also 5 miles from Rogue Valley International Airport. Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. We're happy to help answer questions :) This property is in the core of historic Jacksonville, very conveniently located close to quaint shops and restaurants. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.

Welcome to our nearly 100 year old craftsman style home. This apartment is tucked away in the private upper floor with it's own entrance. It features one bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a pull out bed, kitchenette and newly updated bathroom. The original hardwood floors, historic wavy glass windows, and warm wood trim made us fall for this house when we became first time homeowners last year, and we're excited to share our unique and special little piece of history with you.
