Beach Front with view! 1 min walk to all amenities

This apartment is situated in a fantastic spot, front of the beach, with an outstanding view and is 1min walking distance to convenience shop, pharmacy, bus stop & ATM. The area is full of bars, restaurants & take-aways. You can park anywhere in the area for free. Being a tourist area it gets a bit noisy in summer but all windows are double glazed to negate all noises. It is located on the 3rd floor, exactly 57 steps (no elevator unfortunately). The apartment is just 10-15mins from the airport.

Apartment/complex, is super quiet & SAFE. Both rooms have largish balconies that overlook a lovely tranquil garden. Its takes 10-15 mins walk, to Promenade, Sliema ferries, beachfront, restaurants, shopping centre, yacht marina & HSBC bank/ATM. Other amenities nearby: Mater dei hospital, convenience store, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, public transport (outside apartment). Valletta, is 15 mins by bus, furthermore, there’s also a ferry to Valletta, which is along Gzira/Sliema promenade.

This penthouse is located in the lovely touristic beach village of Mellieha, only a few minutes walk away from Malta's longest sandy beach. It is walking distance from many restaurants and other amenities you may need. The apartment has only recently been luxuriously finished and is highly equipped for all your needs. The whole apartment is fully airconditioned and has free WiFi. Should you want an evening of entertainment with friends, a barbeque is available for use on the outside terrace.

A second floor sea view apartment with two spacious balconies in one of the best areas of Mellieha, 100 meters away from the bus stop, 1 km away from the Mellieha village center and 800 meters away from the sandy beach of Mellieha Bay. All rooms have ceiling fans, and two have air conditioners. Nearby there are family-friendly activities, nightlife, restaurants and dining, and public transport.
