You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

2-room apartment near to lake (200m) and train station in a relaxing location. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance as well as numerous restaurants. The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, radio. Own underground parking space. Construction work from March 25! Please clarify your booking for the period in advance!

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

The 40sqm large apartment with 10sqm large balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800m from the alpine Weißensee and 10km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement, there is a swimming pool and sauna, which can be accessed via a cellar corridor. The outdoor area has a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna usually closed due to maintenance.
