located in beautiful sullivan county. we have 4 rooms in the main building and 6 cottages on the grounds.All have private bathrooms and we have a guest lounge workout facilities and a large screen tv.. good cell service, free wi fi and cable tv in all rooms, along with mini refrigerators,microwaves and coffee makers and pets under 50 pounds are $20 per night collected at check in with prior approval.
