So close...Hear the waves lap the beach from Bay Dreamer. New to the holiday rental market and has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and polished timber floors. With views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular from the living areas and main bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has gas hot water, bbq & heater, ceiling fans+AC and a spacious bathroom. A second shower is located in the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

Great for all water sports swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing etc. There is access at the back of the property to launch small boats for larger ones there is a ramp close by at Basin View. Weather permitting can anchor your boat at the back ready for your days activities. Large off street parking area . A short stroll to Hotel & shops. Lots of room for children to play.
