Old Schoolhouse Music Cottage

7 minutes to skiing and tubing at Peek n Peak or 1 short block to Findley Lake. The boat launch is at the end of the block with a fantastic kayak launch ramp. The cottage is rumored to have been the music room for the old Findley Lake Highschool (main house in front of the cottage). The cottage is directly behind the old school house (where we live). We ski every day in the winter and find it's a super convenient location just down the road from pknpk (6 miles). Town of Mina Permit #17.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway.
