Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Oberallgäu, at the foot of the green. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing holiday. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for beautiful hours. Our house is quietly located in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

Das gemütliche 1-Raum Appartement wurde 2022 im modernen alpenländischen Stil neu renoviert. Es ist ca. 25 qm groß hat ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine separate Küche gibt es nicht, also auch keine Kochgelegenheit, jedoch Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und Wasserkocher. Das Appartement strahlt einen "Wohlfühlcharakter" aus, die Einrichtung und das Licht sind sehr stimmig.
