We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

The popular Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within a 30 minute drive.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
