The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. One SZ, living room with kitchen and a bathtub are provided. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In less than 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km away from the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm plot in a village location you have an unobstructed view of the landscape and the starry sky as well as the agony of choosing possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to be visited. From 7/14 we go on vacation for 2 weeks. Minimum stay then 10 days, thank you!

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The proximity of such cities as Szczecin. After an eventful day, you can light a bonfire, cook sausages, and enjoy the rural peace. Complementary Swimming Poll open from July 10 till September 15th. Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as supermarket, bakery and small shops. On foot it is about 5 minutes to the famous lake bridge or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on the Luftbadstraße.
