Two bed rooms which can sleep up to four people from a pull out bed, downstairs is a two seater settee which is fully reclinable Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay., close to the zoo , beach and country side. All local amenities are within easy reach, either by bus or car.

Beautiful Salcombe Home - great views-free parking

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. We have tried to anticipate your every need, toiletries, books/games, beach toys, wet suits, picnic rugs, flasks. Parking for 2 cars means no driving around trying to find a space. Read our reviews.

Lilac Cottage, sea views, 2 beds, 2 baths, WFI

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

2 bed house in idyllic coastal village with amazing views of this spectacular tidal & hillside setting. Ideally weekly bookings in the summer. Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to walk.Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. House is not on waterside but up the hill. Cannot accept Sunday arrivals unless house is empty the day before

Stylish, contemporary 3 bedroomed town house, in a quiet neighbourhood with countryside walks, a short drive to local, sandy beaches. A short distance from Kingsbridge and 15 mins from Salcombe. This spacious house has all the home comforts you could wish for, from a large kitchen/diner, king size master bedroom with ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom. It has a good sized lounge to relax in with apple TV and Netflix and decked garden to enjoy some alfresco dining.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people.
