Cozy flat in central Stockholm

A welcoming and a comfortable design flat, within walking distance of just about all the sights in Stockholm, including The Old Town, and a short stroll from the green and tree-filled expanse of Royal Haga Park. This cozy flat from 1883 is located in the heart of the Vasastan neighborhood, one of the city’s more pleasant enclaves. Just around the corner is Odenplan, a Stockholm hotspot for great cafes, bars and restaurants like Tranan (Traditional Swedish), Tennstopet (Traditional Swedish) and Panamé (gorgeous, easy-going French bistro). At Odenplan you will also find the nearest subway stop and buses. Despite its central location, the area is safe, peaceful and quiet. The flat has two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and balcony, and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be arranged. Both bedrooms face a small park. In the welcoming studio-room there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining area seating five, which leads into a relaxing and welcoming living room. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. Newly built villa, cosy house

Newly built villa with 1 master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with 2 beds. Luxury bathtub for two in the bathroom. Large terrace with weber grill and seating. Large trampoline. Near bus stop with several buses that take you to the subway in a few minutes or to the commuter in 10 minutes. The pendulum takes 15 minutes to the city. The subway takes about 30 minutes into the city. Close to the lake Hider with bathing area. Close to Flottsbro with ski slope in winter and swimming place in Lake Mälaren in summer.

Välkommen till en pärla på Kungsholmens bästa adress med sjöutsikt! OBS! Detta är ett delat boende. Här kommer gäster ha ett eget sovrum med dubbelsäng (180 cm), 55” tv och garderob. Ni kommer även disponera matrum / vardagsrum själva med tillhörande balkong med sjöutsikt. Gäster har tillgång till eget badrum med dusch (ej ensuite), nås från delad hall.
