Top house penthouse with pool and barbecue area

Excellent penthouse with a wonderful view and 3 bedrooms with capacity for up to 6 people and with 2 parking spots. It has an outdoor area with a private swimming pool and barbecue grill, in addition to the complete leisure area of the condominium. It stays in a excellent and safe location, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, hospitals and easy access to the main avenues of Belo Horizonte. Samuel's Home

Samuel's House is a little colonial house, in a typical golden neighborhood, next to the Pilar church. It's perfect for resting after a day up and downhill! For those who prefer to relax over a beer, our living room/bar at street level is “the” place to feel part of the landscape. For contemplatives, we have hammock on the balcony overlooking our churches. We accommodate up to 5 people, in a suite, a bedroom and an extra mattress. We have free parking 30m from the driveway.

Apartment is 3 blocks from Praia da Costa and has bakeries, markets, pharmacies, restaurants and the Praia da Costa mall 1 block away. It's all very close. It also has a Smartv, Wifi with Fiber Optic with 250 Mega. Thinking about the kids, we have bars on all the windows and protective screens on the balcony! We also offer a crib for your baby and some toys and children's books to occupy the child during your stay.
