To further insure the cleanliness of the property, we thoroughly disinfect frequently used areas such as: Doorknobs, switches, handles, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, TV remotes, and thermostat. Condo is walking distance to shopping, food, and entertainment. Within minutes to beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown, Ybor, Malls, Bush Gardens, Zoo, Museums, and more. Orlando is within an hour drive.

Info re: Hurricane Helene/Milton can be found further in description. Directly on the beach; this bright and airy condo is your perfect get away on the Gulf! You can feel the powdered sand beneath your toes and that warm ocean breeze, every time you step out your front door. Location is one of the things that makes this condo a true gem. With access to grocery stores, many restaurants and activities. This section of the beach is truly paradise.

Breathtaking Waterview & Pool View Condo

Waterfront condo with pool view. The view of the intercoastal is fantastic. Especially beautiful sunsets! Pinellas trail across the street to ride your bike or hike, a beautiful 38 mile trail. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. Only 8 min drive to beach. 15 min from downtown St. Pete. Enjoy pool and hot tub overlooking intercoastal or stay indoors and enjoy puzzles and games.

Salt rock grill restaurant 1 block away. Mini-golf course next door. Hot tub, pool, dry sauna room. AC: DO NOT TURN AC TO BELOW 70. Line condensation may cause vent blockage.
