Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.
