Private cozy Yurt- fully insulated with air conditioning in summer and heat in winter, with full detached bathroom. Minutes to Farragut State Park with superb year round activities. Thirty minutes to Sandpoint (North)- home to Schweitzer Mtn ski resort and 30 minutes to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (south). Silverwood Theme Park 8 miles south. Major grocery store minutes away. Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
