It lies in the heart of Easton with its great local pubs and restaurants, is 2 mins away from the cycle track leading straight into the centre of town, and there are convenient bus stops and a train station 5 mins away also. I welcome people from all over the world into my home, as I have travelled myself and been treated very warmly by others, so I feel it is the least I can do to return the generosity.

The train station is approx. 5 mins walk from The Annex - so you can be in either Bath or Bristol in 10 mins. The Annex backs on to Ashton Way Car Park and is just a 1 minute walk to the high street - which offers a variety of bus routes, shops, restaurants, cafes, Takeaways, Pubs/Bars , Library, Leisure Centre & Memorial Park (which boasts sports courts & playgrounds).

Stay in our two bed family home with a garden and a cat. We are the heart of St George, East Bristol with great transport links to the rest of Bristol. As well as the Bristol to Bath cycle path just by our local park. We have some lovely nature just in our doorstep. St George’s park which is great for kids as well as for catching the evening sun. Conham river park is also just round the corner. Our local high street has lovely bars, restaurants and cafe as well as plenty more nearby.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking. As a family we all work in the healthcare sector, working shifts, (inc. night shifts) so someone that will respect that would be preferred. We are close to bus and rail links, and not far from the centre of Bristol.
